What is the doTERRA Loyalty Rewards Program?

The Loyalty Rewards Program (LRP) is a customizable auto-ship program.
YOU choose the day your order ships.
YOU choose what items are in your shipment.
YOU can choose to cancel anytime up until midnight (Mountain Time) of your ship date.

We call it the frequent flyer miles for essential oils (and all the other doterra health products like diffusers, laundry detergent, toothpaste, and shampoo). I mean, I like getting freebies just for using my oils and washing my clothes and taking my vitamins, don't you? ;)

Here's How It Works:

Set up your LRP > it Ships > Points pop up in your account > Use the Points on future orders

How to Earn Those Points with LRP:

Most LRP orders will earn you points to use on future orders. You start off by earning 10% and you'll eventually cap out at earning 30% back in points on ALL LRP orders that are 50PV and over.
FYI, the PV is *usually* equal to $ amount but not always. Make sure to check your cart as you are adding items to make sure it's at least 50pv to earn points back. To stay in LRP and keep the points you've already earned, the minimum monthly purchase is 1PV (which could be a lip balm or a 10PV lemon, BUT I recommend a 50PV order bc that's the minimum to get your points back and continue increasing your % rate. But you hold your current position and all your points if you run at least a 1pv order each month. Easy Peasey. Which brings me to my next point....

The longer you are on the Loyalty Rewards Program the more points you’ll earn on each order!!!

Months 1-3 >> earn 10% back in points
Months 4-6 >> earn 15% back
Months 7-9 >> earn 20% back
Months 10-12 >> earn 25% back
Months 13+ >> earn 30% back!!

I’ve been on the doTERRA Loyalty Rewards Program for nearly a year, so I'm currently earning 25% back on all of my order. That means I get 25 points every time I run a 100pv LRP order (which is like $25 in FREE ESSENTIAL OILS!). 

Redeeming Loyalty Rewards Points:

Add the items you want in your cart. Then click the drop down menu to  “Use Points.” Make sure to click “Ship Now” as you check out (you won't be able to save and ship later with points). Many items can be redeemed with LRP points, but there are some that can't, so be aware of that if there's no drop down menu for an item.
To redeem your LRP points, you'll be charged a $3 handling fee.

How to Cancel Loyalty Rewards:

There may be a month you just can't place an order- no problem. You can cancel your LRP at any time. You'll want to delete the items in your cart and it should prompt you to call doTERRA’s Customer Service at 800-411-8151 to cancel your LRP. Just make sure you have cashed in any and all points you have earned, because once you cancel, you'll lose your % and you lose any points you’ve earned. And when you are ready to set up your LRP another time, it's easy- you just create a new LRP template beginning again at the 10% rate!

doTERRA Shipping Rewards with LRP

When you order through the Online Loyalty Rewards Program, doTERRA rewards you with your whole shipping cost back in points. That means that if you choose $6.99 shipping, you’ll have 7 points added to your account. DoTERRA is working towards free shipping in the future, so for now they give you back your shipping cost in points!

Quick LRP Reference

  • Minimum monthly Loyalty Rewards order of 50 PV to earn points
  • Orders with a minimum of 1 PV* will maintain both Loyalty Reward level (%)† and previously accrued points
  • No maximum monthly points accumulation limit
  • Reward points expire 12 months from the date of issue
  • Reward points can be used to purchase full PV products only
  • Reward points can be redeemed by phone (1-800-411-8151) or online in the new shopping cart
  • Redemption orders have no PV
  • A redemption fee of $3, applicable taxes, and shipping and handling charges will apply
  • Must be an LRP participant for 60 days before reward points can be redeemed
  • All reward points and percentage will be immediately cancelled with LRP cancellation
  • Reward points have no cash redemption value and are non-transferable
  • Products purchased with LRP points are not for resale
  • Cancellation of LRP order must take place over the telephone by calling Member Services at 1-800-411-8151
